Sisu Web And Mobile Updates | Feb 26, 2020 | Sisu

We're excited to release some new and highly requested updates to the Sisu platform—including features which speed up workflow on tracking transactions/activities, display updates for leaderboards, and a brand new "change history" update that allows you to see the change history of each of your transactions!

We were noticing an increase in questions regarding tracking appointments set and appointments met. Users who have been around the platform for a while understand that appointments set and appointments met are tracked using transactions—NOT using activities.

The reason? Appointments are a critical metric to track, and therefore merit tracking at a much higher level (we build a lot of our reporting off of these metrics). Rather than simply tracking the number of appointments, it's critical to track who the appointment was with, what lead source they came from, and any other data that can help you understand your business at a higher level.

We wanted to enable agents to track their appointments manually without ever having to leave the record screen, so we built a simple and intuitive way to do this on both the web platform and on the mobile app:

Note that the record screen updates are available on iOS currently and will be available shortly on Android devices.

Updated Display Mode For Leaderboards

We've been talking a lot about gamification lately, and most studies conclude that adding a live leaderboard on your sales floor should increase sales activity (for effort based metrics, such as conversations) by atleast 30%!

This is an incredible boost to production that can be achieved with relatively little effort!

With that come some updates to the way that we're displaying dashboards on the team dashboard display mode. Follow these steps to dial in your leaderboards and make them part of your TV displays.

  1. Head over to admin>team settings>preferences
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and notice that there are a handful of leaderboards checked. You can customize these, turning on/off the leaderboards based on your preferences. The order that you turn them on will determine the order they show up on your dashboard
  3. Head over to dashboard>team and hit display mode. The display will cycle automatically through some key team metrics and then go into the new leaderboard displays
  4. Bonus: you can turn on/off certain slides of this display using admin>team settings>preferences and looking at the dashboard display settings.

Here's a screenshot to show you how the new displays look!

Change History Logs

Note: As of writing this, the change history log is available at beta.sisu.co. By the time you are reading it, it will likely already be available at my.sisu.co, but if not, feel free to login to beta to check things out.

There's a lot going on in Sisu, and we understand that you want to be on top of it all. With transactions being able to be created and updated by either users or via integration, it can be hard to keep track of everything that happens on a transaction.

We've released the change log as a solution to this, which will show you all of the changes that have happened to a particular listing, which user made the change, and whether the change was made manually in Sisu, via an integration, or via the mobile app.

The log is searchable. If you are looking at price changes, for example, you could search "transaction amount" and look at a history of changes.

You could also search on the following:

  • The date a change occurred
  • The field that was changed
  • The old data point that was changed
  • The new data point that something was changed to, and what the pre-existing value was

You can find the change history log by clicking "edit" on a transaction from web and clicking on "change history" from the left hand side where your forms are.

Other notes on the release

Also included in the release were various bug fixes and API enhancements that will allow Sisu to integrate with the platforms you love at an even higher level. For example, the ability to track the number of leads created in your CRM and track the assignment + conversion of those leads on a per-agent basis.
