What's going on everyone!

We're super excited over here at Sisu to announce our BRAND NEW PRODUCT: Battr.

Before I drop the details, get yourself registered to join myself, Sisu CEO Brian Charlesworth, and longtime Sisu client Matt Smith on our launch webinar where you can see it in action:

Why Matt?

Matt’s database is next level. It's an example of what you can accomplish when you execute on fundamentals consistently over time.

We’re talking:

  • Clear standards (10 Days of Pain, lead laws, ponds, nurture cadences, etc)

  • Lead sweeping

  • Smart alerts to @mention agents who fall behind

  • A culture that rewards grit and consistency, reflected in the CRM

It's taken years to dial in, plus a super talented VA to run the daily.

Battr takes these years of fine-tuning and makes it plug & play. No building SOPs. No training VAs. No duct-taping together follow-up hacks. You don't even need to log in to the thing.

Just take the standards already living in your head and let Battr run the system for you... the same system that's already spitting out 600+ deals every year for Matt and his team for 5+ years.

Why did we build Battr?

As an industry, we don't have nearly enough focus on the human side of the database. We're over-invested on leads and under-invested on lead conversion.

It's not an automation problem. Most of us have plenty of automation in the CRM. It's about the point beyond automation, where an agent has to step in and do agent things. That's where things break down. That's where most of us are losing money.

And the best way to get good at the human side is to set very clear expectations that are enforced every single day with rewards and consequences.

Humans aren't great at enforcing the standards every single day, nor do we enjoy doing it. Battr does it better, and it never misses a day.

Why a standalone product?

Because it's a whole different beast.

Sisu owns the back half of the funnel, from appointment to close. Commissions, financials, transaction management, all of it.

Battr lives in the chaos before that, where agents ghost leads, new deals die, and accountability breaks down. It's deep in the database.

Battr works as a standalone product. You do not have to be on Sisu to use Battr, and vice versa. This makes for a crazy simple setup where you basically give us an API key and answer a few questions, and it's running.

Who is this for?

We're integrated with FUB today. More integrations are scheduled for the end of the year.

If you're on a different CRM, don't hesitate to join the webinar. We're fielding early interest for founding customers on additional CRM platforms. You can also let me know by replying here and I'll get you on the list.

From a strategic level, you'll be interested in Battr if you're currently solving for any of the following:

  • You spend a lot of money on leads but feel you're under-invested on lead conversion.
  • You wonder why you're even buying more leads with how big your database already is
  • You want to raise standards in your database with real rewards and consequences (@mentions, lead sweeping, revision which agents are on lead flow) without hiring an extra admin or spending your own time to enforce them daily.
  • You want incredibly flexible lead>close conversion reporting (think Zillow-Flex level reporting but for every lead in your database) .

What's the name mean?

First: “at-bats.”

We’ve been obsessed for years with tracking rep performance at the "at-bat" level.

When you understand this, you stop playing a volume game and start playing a strategic one, winning more with fewer leads.

Second: raw potential.

Every sales conversation, every lead, is batter.

With discipline, persistence, and reps who follow through, you can bake that raw potential into something incredible.

Battr = Opportunity. Executed.

What does it cost?

Battr pricing is based on the size of your database rather than the # of people in your business. Most teams are coming in between $400 and $800/mo. Less if paid annually. We're running lifetime discounts for those who jump on during the beta (which will be ending July 23).

How long has this been in development?

We started building late 2024. Kicked off our closed beta in March of 2025. Started our invite-only open beta in May of 2025, and will be launching V1 later in July 🙌

I really just don't want another tool to use...

Neither do we. That's actually the first thing many of our early clients said to us when we started working together back in March.

And that challenge became the magic of the system.

Battr is something neither you nor your agents need to log in to. That's our barometer of success: A tool that we set up for you, takes very little input from your end, and makes a radical shift in your culture towards discipline, conversion, and results.
